Chief of Technology (CTO)
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the overall technology strategy in alignment with the organization's goals.
Lead the IT department and oversee all technology operations and resources.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role.
Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.
Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
