With published essays on the topics of gendered education inequality, the failure of 'security' to protect women and the impact of climate change upon children, Aisha is taking up a position of Human Rights Research analyst to continue with work. Her interests lie specifically in South East Asia and the Middle East, with a specific focus on sexual violence, securitisation and education policy. To pursue these areas of interest, Aisha has been involved in various charities, such as Irise International, alongside research work in Vietnam and Jordan.
