Angel studied International Relations at  Universidad del Valle de México, he has collaborated in civil society organizations on issues of sustainable development He has participated in national and international forums related to sustainable development within the framework of the high-level political forum and food systems forum.

He has complementary studies on issues of human rights, vulnerable groups and public policies by the National Commission of Human Rights (CNDH) and the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. In addition, he carries out research work and publishes articles on his personal blog. on international relations issues. 

Angel has been a speaker at the Youth Speak Forum in 2022 He currently collaborates with MY World Mexico as part of the management board.
